Reengineer Your Life. No Fluff. No Shortcuts. ✒️ Welcome to Peter Herbalski Notes — where discipline, systems, and self-honesty replace hype and hacks. If something comes easy, it can disappear just as fast. That’s why I believe in long-term goals, persistent self-discipline, and the kind of transformation that lasts — not shortcuts, not dopamine hits. It’s not just about what you achieve. It’s about who you become on the way there. Five years ago, I stopped waiting for luck to improve my life and took the wheel.Just like I optimise machine performance at my day job as a Manufacturing Engineer, I started investigating my own life — breaking it down to the basics, identifying what wasn’t serving me, and rebuilding it better.I spent thousands of hours listening to educational content — over 50 audiobooks and hundreds of podcast episodes — diving deep into topics that completely reshaped my mindset and direction. What has changed? I quit nicotine after 14 years. (4+ years free)Stopped smoking weed daily. (6+ months free)Let go of alcohol. (20+ months free)Ran a half marathon — 2:13 after just 3 months of training.Doubled my salary — without a university degree. But some of the biggest changes can’t be measured.I’ve become a better father, a more present partner, and a man with stronger self-respect.My mental and physical health have leveled up — and so has my self-esteem. But I’m not done. I’m still learning. Still evolving.I’m still confused about a lot of things when it comes to personal growth. This blog is my way of working through it all — to gain clarity, stay accountable, and connect with people who are serious about building something real. 📌 What You’ll Find Here: Systems that replace willpower Real talk about habits, focus, and discipline My personal notes from the journey A mindset for people who build their lives on purpose 👤 Who This Is For:This blog is for people who: Are tired of living on autopilot Want to quit bad habits without falling for trends Respect clarity, discipline, and deep work Are ready to stop lying to themselves and start building something real And last but not least — it’s for me.
